Ht. 5'6", Start: 175 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone! so today I have decided just to stop my diet for now, since my birthday is in a couple days and my party is this weekend. Plus, Christmas is coming up and there is going to be a lot of food. But I plan on not eating so much unhealthy stuff, just to keep it in a portion control. Also, I will go back on my diet and exercise on the Monday after Christmas. I have to lose another 16 lbs my June and get toned. But I know I can do it, How many of you guys are homeschool? I am, I go to a homeschool program called western christian academy. WHat about you?

I go to K12 online school. Be careful with what you eat and still exercise a bit. It'll help you maintain your current weight.

Don't tell yourself you're going off of your diet of you'll completely lose it. It's all about learning you can still eat the things you love, just less of it. You'll be happier after the holidays if you stick to your diet, exercise, but still treat yourself to something delicious. Good luck!

Keep excriseing,do walking,after dinner at Christmas Eve or Christmas Day night,play hide and seek and tag games,with your cousins!I lost some weight doing that.Dont stop excriseing, Kaite,portion cantroll.
