Ht. 5'5", Start: 282 lb, Today: 281 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - sos does anyone have a little sister or brother or older syboling that likes to call them lardo fat ass or names like cow piggy well my brother calls me a name on a daily basis usually i dont let them get to me but sometimes he likes to moo at me and it is hurtful in side he doesnt know what its like to be heavy and not be able to fit into clothing :(

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - I fell off the wagon last night I find it disturbeing to be doing that,ugh,I just want to be healthy,weight, between 104-127 pounds.. I am sick of being overweight,I mean last weekened I did not fall off the wagon, does anyone fall off the wagon once in a while? Im nervss of putting the weight back on.
I mean Christmas Eve meals portions scare and Christmas Day dinner,I binge I am not doing that this year,it is going to be difftrent! dersserts I will eat one! I usually end up eating 3-4.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 282 lb, Today: 281 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - hey guys havent been on in a couple days did the craft show with my dad this weekend did alot of exercising up and down hills with hugwe loads of buckets but wasnt to good with my diet yesturday had 2 hotdogs and a cream puff as well as porkchops and mashed potatos and of course my mom made cake! i couldmnt stop at just a tiny peice i had 2 !:( but got back on it today and trying my best to keep to it !

Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 109 lb - My main New Years revaloution is to lose 48 lbs by May 2012 because my moms best friend is having her wedding in May and I want to be my goal weight. I'm aiming to lose 2 lbs a week, and so far so good. I'm not exercising as much as I'm supposed to, but I make sure to exercise 1 hour in the morning and 30 mins at night.
My best friend, Justine's birthday is on Saturday, not going to be a pig. No pizza or fried foods, a little piece of cake and I'm making sure to walk a lot with her. I'm going to enjoy seeing her more. She goes to online school now because I was one of her only friends and she wanted me to stay at school, but I didn't.
Aiming to be 150 by my birthday on the 30th, wish me luck!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 254 lb, Today: 254 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Well, I am really over weight and I am really starting to hate myself for it so I have decided that starting tomorrow I am going to go on a eat less + do more diet. I am going to eat breakfast , lunch, supper and maybe a snack sometime in between. I usually comfort eat or eat when I am bored so I am definitely going to stop that. I am also going to do wii fit/ Just Dance on the wii every night since it is winter and I am not going for a walk/jog in the cold lol. Also if anyone wants to help me to stay motivated and help me reach my goal so I can be healthy and finally be at a normal weight I would really appreciate it :) I just really want to be smaller and I really want to lose as much weight as possible before February. Which I know it won't be very much but I feel like if I put my mind to it I will be able to so if there is anyone that would like to help me reach my goal and I could do the same for them it would be pretty awesome :)

My weight has been flunctuating and I've been binging like crazy. I recently found this website that's really helped me get motivated and I think it'll help you guys too. It's undressedskeleton.tumblr.com. My friend helped me find it and it's basically a girl's tumblr page.She was overweight and changed her life. She uses her tumblr to help other people who want to start a healthy lifestyles. It has a bunchof healthy food ideas, exercises, and she tells you her story and how she got healthy. Reading her story made me not want to give up my goal of becoming healthier. I want to be in the 130s by my 16th birthday in May and at my goal by the end of next summer.Wish me luck !

But I guesse that's normal, idk. But yea. Im gonna start controlling my portions and making them smaller so I wont feel guilty and so Ill lose weight a little bit faster. Root Bear from stores is 270 calories, I was shcokcd that I drank the whole bottle,I was like not drinking that for a while,I like Swordas Root Bear better,diet I usually get,dont get sodas that are 270 calories.To high,Christmas is round the conoer. Crazy.
