Ht. 5'8", Start: 250 lb, Today: 250 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - I've been overweight mostly all my life, and today I have decided to deal with weight problem once and for all. I want to reach my goal before I graduate HS in 2013, so wish me luck guys. :)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 197 lb, Today: 197 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - Hello all, i am typing this here because i really want to lose weight. Last year i stayed with my grandparents for 7 months because my mom had to go abroad. I didn't watch my weight at all there and they spoiled me with all sorts of candy and chocolate (you know how grandparents are :P). I was basicly a lazy couch potato there and my weight shot up with 60 lbs :(
i wish i could turn back time because i always was pretty slim and now i have this big belly and none of my old clothes fit me anymore. I get out of breath much easier and i really want to do somethjing about it. Any one have an idea want kind of diet i must take? And how long will it take to reach my goal?
Oh and one more thing, which i am really ashamed of:
i have little man boobs, will they be gone aswell, because people have been making fun of me :(

But I don't remember what I weighed lasttime I posted on here but I'm 206 now 6 more pounds and I will have reach my goal of the year ! :D

Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 115 lb - Hi again everyone! I'm using 5lb weights with wristwiegfht and ankle weights on so I can tone my upper body. If I do this for 1 hour 6 days a week, how long do you think it will take for me to tone up my arms?
I really want to wear tank tops and short sleeved shirts, but its hard because I am not confident enough.

Can anyone give me a inspirational quote for weightloss? I've lost 10lbs over 2 months by cutting off all sugary junk food, But I want to lose at least 40 pounds by June.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - Girls becarefull what to get at school for lunch. Small portions, get water bottles soda is ok once in a while! drink half of it instead, of the whole thing, small portions Thaksgiving. Not large portions, Im gonna try reallyh hard not to eat to much!! small plates,for salds, white turkey.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 147 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 125 lb - So I weighed myself today, didn't lose a pound not an ounce and I'm very angry that I took it out of my sisters boyfriend. Aren't I doing it right I've stuck to one thing all week and a half. I ate less sugar and chips and I feel really fat right now. I go to gym everyday and I work on jumping jacks, I jumped some rope and I even worked out my body, everyday since I started on here. Now either I'm being impatient, because I am known for that or I'm just not doing it right. Can someone help me, please!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 157 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 120 lb - still having problems with my scale. I just started going to this new fitness place called XSport. It's great! They have a great variety of exercises you can do including a pool and rock climbing wall! And they have different classes including hot yoga, cycling, kick boxing and aerobics! I've been going for a few days and I'm doing great. My favorite exercises are the stairmaster and the rowing machine. You also get a free consultation with a nutritionist and personal trainer. I would definitely recommend it! I also learned that you can burn a lot of calories playing music! So practicing cello and piano everyday are paying off....Great! I'm going to have swim gym next semester and I really want to lose a bunch of weight so I'm not embarrassed in my swimsuit. That's all I've got for now. Bye bye!

If you're on here you've already taken the first step by choosing to do something about your weight. If you've chatted with me then you know that I am big on motivation and pushing yourself- keeping yourself going. I believe that you guys can do it. It's all about making a healthy lifestyle. I am no expert and I'm DEFINATELY not perfect but I can say that If I have a bad day or two I will keep trying. If you give up then where will it get you?
So I just wanted to wish you all luck!
Also fiber and water are good for clearing out your system!

Slow, baby steps. Dont give up girls we can do it!
