Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Hey guys! Well, I lost another 2 lbs over the last week by minimizing my portion sizes to only 1 serving! And realized its just as filling! No more binge eating, I go walking instead of raiding the fridge! I cant wait for the New Year! My goal weight, in 49 days, is to be 150lbs. Wish me good luck, and as always, thanks for your support and encouragement. - Maddie 13
