Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 104 lb - I still rememeber eating too much on Thanksgiving. , that was horrible, not happening again never ever again, be carefull with the butter on corn bread! cranberry, sauce" only a little bit, salds,caution sometimes familes can loaded it up with fatting stuff in it, if the salds have that fatty stuff in it, avoid it, or make your own sald, at home! low fat dressing, a lot of vegges. little grey, or none. Carefull how much soda you take,dont spend so much on the computers, or watch tv, if having familY over, why not do games after the big dinner? if you dont like soda have water instead! dont play to much veido games, eat small portions. Litmit tv, computer, veiods games. Indoor game ideas, hide and seek, tag,or play with the dog, jump rope, hiking, frisber, walking, running, trampline, bounce on balls, little ones, peek a boo, ballon games, hiding games, I dont have to worry about tv games,this year! not a lot of food. Unlike myb boy cousins house. I probbly just walk my dog, or run! I hope the ideas help that some of yous that have big family,might do them. Jessica16. Have a healthy Thanksgiving!
