Ht. 5'5", Start: 163 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 120 lb - Hey! One of the most important steps to weight loss is knowledge. First, don't estimate calories. For exercise remember the exact number on your machine or if it isn't in a gym take an amount a bit smaller than the estimated. Look at food labels and remember the exact amount. Fact: I eat at the cafeteria at school and the portions aren't that big, however the food doesn't seem very healthy and a single meal can add up to 900 calories! Wow, watch what you eat guys. Good food and exercise is the key. I just started measuring my weight regularly not very long ago. By Christmas I hope to go down to 145lb and by my birthday in may I want to be at my goal. I can't wait to show off my new achievement at the beach and on stage because I dance. Good luck to everyone!

ive never taken the time to realize how lucky i am.Some people are unfortunite to have a disese like rsd(my mom has it) or cancer( bolth grandma`s mom side HAD non hopkins linfoma and dad side HAD brest cancer).So if my biggest problems are losing 21lbs then i have to say i am a pretty lucky person.You never realize how tramatizing a thing can be untill it happens to you.Well i hope that some people can get some motivation or inspiration out of this. :) Well i wish yall good luck!!!!!<3( so whenever you get done reaing this take 20 seconds to thank the lord that your a healthy individual,and pray for those who aren`t and ask him to guide you through your weight loss battle and help everyone else) :)

Ht. 5'11", Start: 184.5 lb, Today: 180.1 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 170 lb - I am now 180.1. this is horrible! i brought my weight down to 171-172 and now i gained almost 12-13 pounds back! it's also pretty noticable! idk what is wrong with me. I work out, but its my food intake which is HORRIBLE. i have now completely lost motivation.. i really needa get a grip on myself =/

Thank goodness I dont weigh 170 pounds! not my ture weight! I am going to exrise more! and change the way how much I spend on time on the coumputer! and eat less still, get back on track with the water, and start walking my dog! my goal is still 104 pounds! that my goal for the new year! I hope to be 130s by Decmeber this year! ! I got a new jumropejust renctly! I am going to start useing it ! once it stops raining and thundering! ... Use my scctor, Instead of 2 hours I am going to cut it to one hour! I am going back on track to cutting my food in half.. So I can this fat off my back, and my neck, and get my double chin to a single chin. And my shoe size goal is an 8 womens! I am going to try my hardest to lose weight ! Ht. 5'1", Start: 133.4 lb, Today: 133 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - I have been having some problems with my wieght. Like towards the begging of spring and throughout summer i lose the weight and end up at my goal but I am always out working with my horses and doing stuff for 4h but when that ends i am at home and sometimes i exercise like 20 or 30 minutes a day but i dont lose the weight. I know i have to start excersing and watch what i eat more. I just need more motivation as it becomes fall and winter im inside more. I know i need to be using my excersie equipment that i have inside until its spring again but i always dont feel like i want to go do that. Any way to keep the motivation? or for other helpful webcites? please comment thanks a bunch.

Soooo I am going to do "the biggest loser" (tv show about weight loss) and even though I won't actually be on the show itself...Im going to do the same basic thing including weekly weigh-ins! wish me luck! comments and tips welcome!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 149 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy guys big news,but not health relaed!So first im just gonna saythis gives me more motivation to get fit!here it goes!So today at lunch my crush(mike) and tyler (kyle+mikes friend)came over to my table cuz his friend kyle was sittin with us (he is my bffs boy friend) and was just chillin` n junk like tht, and yesterday was picday and mike got a haircut and he asked me if it looks ok,i said i looks amazing!(in a flirty kinda way) and to day i was messin with his hair to “fix it” :D hahaha BUT THEN my second crush John better know as J.T took a sip of my drink, cuz he wanted to try it(to mods after lunch)!!!:D I WAS SO HAPPY!:D So now i basically have a smile painted on my face!ANY TIPS ARE HELPFUL!<3 u guys byee!

So yall know that my goal is 125, that is 23 pounds away from my goal weight!Anyway i`ve decied i will break it into “mini” goals.Yall are probally like what does that mean, so it means my goal is 125, but my mini is 140!the next would be 135,130,125! so im only four mini goals away from my ideal weight! :D so in the next couple of months/weeks i will slowly be cutting back on carbs, munchies and white bread!also im gonna drink only ice water,iced tea,and milk in the next couple of months/weeks i have soda once a month so im gonna cut back alot to! V-day dress/boyfriend/ bikini body here i come (also crunches here i come!)!!! Well please wish me luck, tips and support is greatly aprecateted!<3 u guys! :D
