ok so some of the fellow followers who have followed my posts from the start,you may remember when i said i lst 1.8lbs, well,i actually lost .8oz! BUT i weighed myself AFTER i ate, it said 148.0!!!!!!!! i lost an entire pound!!!!!WOOOO i might weigh few ounces lighter since i did it after i ate!Only 23 pounds to go, or if i break it up, 8 more untill my new goal! wish me luck!<3 u guys!Push yourself to the limit! right now im gonna go drink a giant cup of ice water!byee!

Im just getting over a 101 fever so I havn't really exercised for a few days. Hopefully I'll exercise again tomorrow :). anyway i just came 2 wish every1 good luck and to ask if an1 would like 2 b my weight loss buddy? we could motivate each other! :) ...it really does help!! Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 118 lb - Melissa do you being luch to school or have salds? my friend is having trouble not eating to much.. She is adicted to hot pockets, and her face is double, she told me she gained 5-10 pounds this summer, 135 or 140
is 140 pounds obese? for 4'10.. I am getting worried about her, I dont want her hurting herself... I want her to be a healthy high school teen girl.. I am worried she could delpoe 2 type deitbes and not know it. that is scareing me, I am 150 pounds, because I ate less, moved around more, and more water, and watched my calores.. any tips I can help her, she is 14 years old. 4'10 I think she is 135 or 140 pounds.
She most likey weighs 140 pounds.. She is strss out a lot... I found ways to limt strss.. Like wrting my books,, and songs! that helps me to get rid of my strss.. Melissa, any tips to help her?

But I have a question because i have a friend a little heavier then me. Well, about 25 pounds heavier. Shes a little younger than I. I like my large belly inna way. Should I try gaining up to her? And then loose weight with her?

So tommorrow i have gym (everyother day) and i get all sweaty, but how do i clean myself quickly?like not goin in the showers??But when i got to bed, i will wrap my stomach and thighs in surran wrap to help get rid of water weight :) but i have to keep saftey scissors next to me in case i need to get out.Well, if yall have any type of tips,they`re greatly appreciated ::) <3 u guyWish me luck!!!XD

And I do plan on to be carefull of how much calories I take, I do plan on bringing my new Jump rope I bought last week! that should keep me busey, I will try to get a lot of furit, nothing wrong eating junk once in a while! it is very rare that I eat junk,, to be honest with you girls, to break bad habits it took me a while to break my big portions habit,, but if you girls are having trouble with that, ask qustions I am willing to anwser them but I wont always anwser them right away.. But I will try my best to anwser them,, being over 200 pounds is very hard it takes time for girls to get the weight, off. Dont give up!

Today was my birthday so im all happy and junk! so i wanted bluberry muffins instead of cake but the blueberry muffins were caked with sugar!i ended up getting cupcakes! :) but anyway, i decided from 2morrow on i will do at least 20 crunches, 5 lunges and 15 bycicles!I cant wait! but im still gonna eat some munchies but only every other day!::) well wish me luck and <3 yall!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - I figured if Iose one pound a week I'll reach my goal weight by early to mid April...which isn't too bad. And it's more realistic than past goals I've set. I look forward to getting back to the Jillian Michaels DVD tomorrow - I havent done it for a few days. Getting back on track with a new week!

James gave me advice 3 days ago.. He told me, only get what you are going to eat. No seconds.. Now I feel better, and a little nervss.. And soda as well, I only drink one glass or cup of soda diet coke or regualr coke.. I dont drink orange soda or Sprite, I got used to not drinking Sprite or Orange soda, and candy. As well, I eat the sugar free.
Instead, I get bubble gum, Trantion had that since I was like 10}1}2 years old at the time I was skinny still somewhat.. I been overweight since I was 11 years old. I was like enough is enough time to get in shape and get more active and eat less, and less soda.
