Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 110 lb - Hey guys! Today is the official start to my diet and exercise program! I'm using November as a month to get myself together and prove to my family and friends I can do it. I'm aiming to lose 50 pounds by June 2012.
Can you believe the advrage teen watches TV for 2-3 hours?! I toke that time yesterday and played soccer and ran with my brothers and sisters and I felt a heck of alot better then being lazy and watching That 70's Show.
Anyways, everyone, wish me luck! By December, I plan to lose 2-3 pounds. And, I made a vow that I will NEVER go back to 170lbs again!
