Ht. 5'5", Start: 149 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 120 lb - What kind of exercises do you guys do during the winter? I run almost 2 1/2 miles (and walk a half mile) every night, but its starting to get colder...I mean, I guess I COULD still run, but when i wear a jacket i get hot but then when i take it off i'm cold again...haha. plus i find it harder to breathe when it is so cold. Just curious what you guys do? Also, if anyone has been able to get really trim, i'd love some tips!! I lost about 20 lbs in 3 months, but for the past three I've been doing the same routine but I'm kind of stuck now and I haven't lost any more. I'm not overweight anymore, but I really want to be able to be trim & look good in a bikini for spring!! :) Thanks so much! <3 Em
