Ht. 5'5", Start: 147 lb, Today: 146 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 125 lb - So I haven't been going on with my goal in fact I gained that pound back that I lost so quickly that I almost forgot
I lost it in the first place, I haven't been doing anything right, because it's winter and it just snowed I feel more lazy than I've ever been. Sadly!

UI get that all the time. Except, it doesn't snow where I live so I exercise no matter what.

Abbie you can do it! dance in your bedroom!jump rope, walk, vacm,around the house,empty garabge, empty recyleing, do lanugrey,walk and up down the stairs,put on a long sleeved shrit,and a sweatshrit on the shrit, mittens, or gloves,hat as well, Uggs or whatever boots you have,walk the dog warm clothes,for cold weather outside.
Dont give Abbie!,you have lost a pound that great! keep going.
Drink lots of water.
