Ht. 5'4", Start: 144 lb, Today: 143.5 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys! So, this week, I kind of struggled because I've been dragged down with schoolwork. I didn't excersize and I ate like a pregnant women. Even though I tell myself this everyweek, I'm going to do better this week. I think, my problem is that I don't eat breakfast. So, when i'm not eating in teh morning and I don't really eat at school, because I don't want to eat the bad school food, but by not eating all throughout the day, i'm so ravenous at home, that I eat the whole house! Plus, studies have proven that people who eat breakfast lose more weight. So that's what i'm going to do this week, and we'll see how it goes. Hopefully I lose a couple pounds! My new goal date is April 1st, Spring Break. I want to go to Panama City and look good in a bikini.
P.S- My mom bought ice cream today and i'm doing eveything I can to not think abou it. My weakness foods are ice-cream and chicken nuggets.

Mine is anything bolth salty and crunchy, chips,frys,cheese puffs, pretzels ect... i have a salty tooth lol!!

Hey Lucy I have a problem with ice cream too but I found frozen yogurt that has ice cream favors and it seems looks really yummy, I'll probably try it tonight. And breakfast does help I eat it then I hardly eat lunch hopefully it will work for you too! Oh and so does exercising hopefully this helps
