Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 125 lb - Hey guys!
Sooo guess what!?!?!?!(take 5 seconds and guess what...hahaha jk!!) Yall know how i have been 142 for a couple weeks (2-3 maybe?) well my scale is actually 2lbs off cuz of the elavation... neway,im 140!!!!!! weeeee!hahaha! 10 pounds gone, 15lbs more to go! after 125lbs i might want to go for 120lbs, then 115lbs, maybe, if i realy don`t like it, 110lbs! it is realistic, im only having 3 meals a day with 2 snacks(probally air poped popcorn or pretzels) in between and lots of tea!( hot water+2tsp sugar+lemon slice,1/4 in. thick+ 1tsp of lemon juice!) NO JUNK FOOD!only on saturdays, i might have a bag of reducuced fat doritos, or sour cream and onion chips from school, thees like 16 chips in a bag or less... once in a while but no over bording!lots of ice cold water and cinnomon!<--- is it spelled right?lol! 1 pound from bein 139lbs, it feels good to know that! it wil be... So i know i haven`t posted in a long time... just kinda... i don`t know...but anyway i came on here to tell yall bout a book i just read.its called- SPEAK by Laurie Halse Anderson, it is not bout weight loss but its bout a girl who was raped. im not sayin this just to be weird, some of you guys are very... hmmm, i mean to say is some of you guys kinda let bullies take over your lives and you let them.don`t do that! like Jessica your friend justine has just stopped being bullied.it should have never started! you guys need to stand up for yourselves and put up a fight! i personally don`t get picked on but others do.I am not ok with ppl pickin on others, so if they cant stand up for themselves i come to help!This book is not just dealin with horrible rape flashbacks,it teaches a person how to use their voice.That is why its called speak.

I was bullied by my friend and gangs.. I left I never did anything I had to hide stuff but that the past!! IM going to work really work this time!! I know I can do this... I just want to stay movated for excrisieng, walking, running, jumping. Trampoline hope to have set soon.. Tramplonines 10 feet and begger is a lot more money. Then the mini ones. I picture myself using it.. Once it set up. I am going to use it.. When it is nice outside.. Jump rope in my hallway.. Walk dog, 6 days a week. Im very seriours about this. And my wieght is seriours too. !! once I reach 120.. Then I will want to do a minin goal 115 pounds. For my hight body frame, bone type.. 104 pounds is healthy acodring to my docotrs. And the nurses too.

She said the kids at her high school hate her because she is shorter and obses.. She wants to be healthy!! and reach her goal weight!!! I know she furisted I feel very bad.. For her, please help.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 144 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys! So, I’m so excited because I’m joining a gym tomorrow! I joined one last summer and lost six pounds, but it was farther away and I couldn’t keep up with it. This one is like right next door and I’m doing it with my friend. She’s actually slim, but she doesn’t do any sports or exercise and she wants to do some sort of activity so she can be healthy. It’ll be fun, because I’ll have someone with me and even better she’s just as lazy as me when it comes to exercise. We both hate it! I can’t wait! I want to lost 10lbs in three weeks, I think I can do it because I’m heavier, and my body hasn’t had any real exercise in forever.

Ahhh it feel so great :) I really want to keep going like u have so I can feel accomplished when I reach my goal weight and actually feel good about myself and my body. Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 156.2 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 105 lb - I found at a BMI chart is really helpful to know if I a really overweight or close to a healthy weight I really suggest that you look at how tall you are and use the chart it's an excellent tool to decide your goal ... And it's easy to find just go into google and type BMI chart and go to images and youll see it :)

159 pounds would be a great fresh start. Becuase that way I can push myself more!! if I can lose 3o pounds in 3 mounths that will make me 129 pounds!! by end of June 119 pounds I want to lose 1-2 pounds a week! I am starting fresh like the flowers that grow in the spring!! I am going to move around more! sit less which I been doing not a good thing! want to improve my heart beat! I want to lose 10-15 pounds by the time I go see my doctor !! I am definly going to work very hard this time!! I know I can do this by will power and support!! I really appicted it !! girls.. Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 108 lb - Okayyyyyy so I've been doing okay the last couple days. Tomorrow is my official start date. I need to lose 40 more pounds by August (Before I go back to school). Doing really good academic wise, applying for this award that I'm eligible for since I've done 100 hours of community service last year.
Went fishing with my dad and brothers and sisters at our community park last night and I caught a 10 pound catfish :) We fish for fun only because were vegetarians.
Any-who, I gotta go to my siblings homeschooling P.E. class in a half an hour (WALKING UP THERE) so GTG!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 130 lb - I've recently gained a new addiction: Pinterest. Good thing about it, it does have excellent fitness tips. Bad thing about it is they also have a lot of FABULOUS looking recipes on there...haha, stay strong! Anyway, I found this thing that has a daily workout plan and does different stuff each day. I've done it for the last 4 days and it has been nuts. I never adjust and the next day I always have felt sore in my abs or arms. It's a pretty serious thing. I'm also gonna pick up my running again. My mom gave me an arm band thing to hold my ipod in while I run, so I look forward to getting back on the tredmile (not goin' out side yet, burrr!) Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 130 lb - I haven't been on here since NOVEMBER! Crazy! I've done pretty well...haven't lost any weight, just maintained. The last couple days I've just been eating so much bread, cookies, brownies etc...It's killing me. I work at a fast food restaurant and I am constantly not eating very good food. I've got my mom involved as she too is trying to lose weight. So we've decided to work out together and do better at following the Weight Watchers plan, and drink lots and lots of water. I'm renewed and excited to start afresh - because right now I'm not feelin' to great. I am excited to get back on here after such a long time and give and receive motivation and support!
