Ht. 5'2", Start: 175 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 120 lb - Ugh ok so I've been eating unhealthy and have been gaining weight like crazy. I think its because of stress between my parents because they're divorced but anyway I feel like it interferes with my dancing and horse backriding and so tomorrow I'm gonna start exercising by starting to run again and I want to be 130 by next year because I'm gonna start competeing in dance... hope everyones doing well!!

Gained 7lbs but I don't mind that much because I know I've been eating really unhealthy lately (still keeping up the 10 hours sports). But now I'm getting back on track. How are your weightlosses doing? Do any of you have facebook? I really want a weight loss buddy as well! Really want someone to talk to who understands what I'm going through. Welcome all yall newbies! You can come to me if u need some advcice or inspiration btw! So at the baby shower on the 5th, i kinda messed up a bit. I had a bowl of fruit saldad and celery for an apppatizer. The we got to go up for the ligit food. I divided my plate into 3 sections, 1. roll, 2. Rainbow salad,( it has itailian dressing, various color noodels,brocli, and olives! 3. ziti. But i was good up untill dessert.... I had like 10 little creme puffs, 6-7 cookies, and alot of mints but they were sugar less, and then i had a cake pop. =( grr! oye!
Anyway.... im glad that schools almost out because im gonna lose 12 more pounds and become 125, but i might want to be around 115. As of right now thats 22 lbs away.... i think im gonna do it little at a time.... only 13 more days till im out of school, which really its 12 because the last 2 days we have 1/2 days....(view more)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - This is my first time posting. I have had trouble with my weight my whole life, but kept it under control until last year. I got very sick and gained 50 pounds and now I am trying like crazy to lose it.
My problem is that I can't seem to stop my emotional eating and I am not sure how to, because my willpower just is not enough sometimes. Tomorrow I am ramping up my efforts and hope to be at my goal weight by January. My family does not eat very healthily and that makes it hard to stay motivated. Any tips on how I can stay motivated, even when my parents go out for dessert?

(It's my own plan I created so I can be at my best in when I go into soccer in the Fall) Basically, I increase my running distance each week until I can run a 20k race (Thats 12.4 miles) without stopping. In addition to that I will be doing 1hr step ups, 30 minutes weight training and will jog with my dog Faygo, which the distance will also increase each week. I should be losing 2-2.5 pounds each week until I reach my goal weight of 111lbs.
I'm really excited and can't wait to get going!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 104 lb - I feel really bad for this Brtish girl, she weighs over 460 pounds, she is only 17, Georigea, I wish she was on here, cause I would support her and we all would I can't believe that she lost 202 pounds all that hard she gains it all back,, that poor girl, needs support.. Kil, you weigh 170 lbs. Sorry I am not very comfotable emailing strangers.. Kail what I advice is eat small healthy portions, and drink lots of water, start excirsieng very slow, like light carido, and walking, slow running, jog, you can lose 15-lbs during the summer!!! what I do is, if I am going to binge I go grab for my sugarless gum, or I go call somebody on the phone,, changing your eating habits is imprant,, drinking a lot of water helps,, don't give up.

I know you can!!! 180 lbs for you 5'9 is a healthy avage weight for you!! you would look good at 165 lbs, I looked up the weight for 5'9 165-180 lbs. Urike you can do this!! I know you can do this!! I get out of 165 lbs anyone can!! light carido, Urike, don't give up!! Taylor, Nian, Ellisa, don't give up girls!!!! girls you can defeat yoour obesty battles,, I always check the calories for food itmes, I look at the indgrents first before I eat it, if it has a lot of sugar,, I don't bother with it, cut down on snacking Taylor,, that what is causing you issues, find something that keep your hands from picking up food, listen to soft music, dance, light carido, walking,... Ht. 5'9", Start: 605 lb, Today: 607 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Thanks for all ur inspiration guys, I feel really motivated. Today I didn't eat for 20 minutes which for me is an achievement however I collapsed on the way to the bathroom and winded myself on my fat and almost passed out. My parents felt sorry for me and fed me more food this meant at my daily weigh in i am 2lbs heavier and my last pair of bought pants are almosy impossible to do up as they can't hold my fat.So ups and downs. Good luck all!

When you girls get to 400 pounds start walking Nina, and carido, dancing,, but don't beat youselfs up,, calorie counting is imprant , and drinking water, will make you look beter!!! so don't give up, thses amazing people never gave up..
