Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 104 lb - Taylor 14, your not alone in this, Ellie is on here as well, I want of yous to know weight loss is not easy,, but you know a lot of teens like you have done it, I want to tell you, Trip was your age she weighed 446 pounds at age 14, she says I have lost over 200 pounds by eating healthy and excirsieing, she says weight loss takes time,, she did,, it!! Ht. 5'9", Start: 605 lb, Today: 605 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - So hi guys I'm new and need help. I have gained a lot. I am massive like can't get up unassisted, my stomach hangs to almost my knees. I have a huge tyre of fat round my middle that hurts cause it hangs so heavy. I can't fit through some doors and I eat constantly. I sometimes have trouble breathing and can't walk more than 20 metres without having to sit down. I take up 2 chairs and still hang over the edge. I'm scared that soon I won't be able to move cause I'm not too far off. Help

Ht. 5'3", Start: 165 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - I'm not the fattest girl at my school, but a girl who ACTUALLY HAS BREASTS weighs in less than me. I am flat chested and pear shaped, i keep trying to lose weight but nothing is working. Am i doomed to wait for it to just go to it's respected areas of weight placement?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 104 lb - Ellie recmmand healthy weightloss condser loseing 1-2 pounds a week, is healthy, once you lose 200 pounds you want to reward youself with new clothes, you can be 250 lbs lighter by your sweet 16th britday!! in two years!! once you reach half of your goal weight, what I sugguest is reward yourslef with a store, called dElIA's , trsut me It is really nice clothing store for ages 13-collage, when you lose 5 pounds you want to reward youself with lip gloss, 10-15 pounds hair acceossoriess, 20-25 pounds nail polish 30-40 pounds balls, 80-85 new game borad, 90-100 pounds new jounrial, or new writing supplies, remember don't reward youself with food, you want to reward yourslef something fun that does not include food.. Imagage yourslef being healthy and being able to shop teenger girls shop at!! , don't give up!! I suggest reading a story about Trip, who once weighed over 400 pounds her self when she was your age, 14, 446 pounds, she lost over 200 pounds by eating helathy small portions and excrisieng,, you can watch her story on youtube,,

Ugh! I gained 2lbs of water weight... im really bloated from my period D= i have to go to a baby shower tomorrow :/ im starting fresh tomorrow too, i`m doing this thing where u do this one workout video for 21 days 1-3 times a day and ur suppost to lose about 8.5 pounds! by the time im done being bloated i would be about 130ish! yaay! they say the best thing to do when ur on ur period is to exercise so i started tht vid 2nite... its awesome! my sister got air back into her bike, i can go walk the track, lift my 8lb weights, jumprope,dance, do stuff in gym, and work! =D i was suppost to start on may 1st but i had vreally bad cramps on the 1st and 2nd, the 3rd was my nieces b-day, and today`i didnt wanna do anything so i just did the vid. some yoga, and lift for bout 5 min. i am really nervous to go to the baby shower cuz of all the food.... i hope they have fruit salad... Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 153 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 110 lb - Hey! So my sister and I are starting our weightloss plan tomorrow. (Not today because of my dental work and all I can eat is mashed potatoes and vanilla pudding :( ) Riding my bike 1hr a day and doing step ups 40 minutes a day while lifting 5lb weights, will have my arms toned around June (YAY!). Call me crazy but I really like exercise. It not only makes my body healthy, it also makes me handle things better and have a positive outlook on life.
My sister weighs about the same as me and we want to each lose 37 pounds before school starts in August and then additional weight after that.
My mouth is killing me! I gotta go.

1. SNACK, BUT SMARTLY
Everyone loves snacks, but don't try for your everyday chips or cookies. Try a fruit salad.
2. TURN OFF THE TV
Looking at the TV or IPod or any electrical device can add the pounds, so instead go to the park, mess around with friends like you did when you were little
3. STEP ON THE SCALE DAILY
If your regular weight increases several days in a row, it's a red flag letting you know you need to cut back a little or beef up your workouts slightly.
4. SCULPT THREE TIMES A WEEK
Doing 5 minutes each of push-ups, lunges, and squats (in 30-second intervals) will help build and maintain muscle mass. The more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism will be, so you'll torch more calories as you go about your day.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 140 lb - Hey I weight 170 pounds. It stinks, I hate it and I really want to lose 30 pounds I just don't know how. My weight has always been up and down my whole life. 3 months ago I weighed 172 lbs and it scared me because that was the highest I had ever been. So I started eating healthy and excersising and i actually lost 20 pounds then I got sick for a week and I slacked off and after that it was eat everything. Now I am back to where I was before I don't know how to stop.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 110 lb - So I'm sick :( It sucks because I wanted to go to the store to buy my new bike inner-tube so I could ride today but instead I'm laying on the couch with a sore throat, blowing my nose :( Other then that I'm doing okay :)
My goals this month (MAY):
Lose 8.5lbs (142lbs)
Put away $150 for new clothing for school
Get all A's on my homeschool work (Been getting B's :()
Get my mom to buy a blender (I love smoothies)
Hang out with my best friend more often (We live 30 minutes away from each other)
Volunteer at the local foodbank twice a week and the dog rescue once a week
Drink 10 cups of water a day
I've still got more goals but I'm really tired :).
Anyways how are you guys?

yesterday i walked 2 1/4 miles! woo! if i do that everyday for a month thats 60 miles!(15 miles
ls a week) i need to lose as much weight as i can before may 21! were having this stock market party, and michael is hopefully going to be there! =)

and i am consulting someone about my depression and self harm so yeah thats good i guess,

(twins will understand) I've grown up with him, I talk to him every night before bed, we know each other so well, he's my best friend. He has had a history of being kind of an asshole in front of his friends but most of the time I just look past it - you know, whole male dominance crap...blah blah "look how cool I am." Whatever. Well tonight, I jokingly called him a fatty because he was eating food I had made for a party tomorrow. I said JOKINGLY, "Don't eat the food, ya fatty." And he looks at me and says quite seriuosly in front of his friend, "You're one to talk." I was so shocked I didn't even know what to say, sure I'm a little on the chubby side and have had some weight issues in my life but WOW. Even his friend was like "Wow, jerk."
