Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 104 lb - Urike, remember weight loss takes time, and also remember chaning your eating habiits, is imprant, and drinking lots of water will help, a lot, small healthy portion sized,, you can do it girl!! I know you can!!! 180 lbs for you 5'9 is a healthy avage weight for you!! you would look good at 165 lbs, I looked up the weight for 5'9 165-180 lbs. Urike you can do this!! I know you can do this!! I get out of 165 lbs anyone can!! light carido, Urike, don't give up!! Taylor, Nian, Ellisa, don't give up girls!!!! girls you can defeat yoour obesty battles,, I always check the calories for food itmes, I look at the indgrents first before I eat it, if it has a lot of sugar,, I don't bother with it, cut down on snacking Taylor,, that what is causing you issues, find something that keep your hands from picking up food, listen to soft music, dance, light carido, walking, Taylor, drink lots of water have fresh furit, instead of junk all the time remember moration, I know change is hard, sititng less will also help,, keep trying until you girls reach your goals!! I you can do it!!! your attude has to change, reward youself something fun, not food, makeup, lip gloss, nail polish, balls, hair accessoriess, once you reach 400 pounds new clothes..
