Ht. 5'2", Start: 193 lb, Today: 132 lb (BMI %tile: 84), Goal: 130 lb - My biggest concern right now, is my arms. can anyone tell me how to tone up flabby arms? PLEASE! HELP ME!!

I usually do a workout video called p90x but if u don't have that then u can always do tricep dips and pushups :) good luck!
