Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 104 lb - I have trouble keeping my motavtion for excriseing I go crazy a lot.. I am not going to let myself weigh 165 pounds again.. No way..I got a pink and black swimsuit I want to wear by June for my teen pinic I just want to get movtation back!! but how? I need help to get motavtion for excrseing I don't have trouble keep portion size .. But excrseing I can't keep myself motavited help!!!!

I have the same problem Jessica, I asked my best friend to ask me everyday if I exercised yet, she's helps keep me motivated! Maybe if you find someone to help keep you motivated it may help too.

Jessica, I have the same problem I lack motivation which is why I gained all my weight back and it sucks but someone one here said to pick a day when u are going to start so then u can be prepared. Usually when I start exercising then I usually do it atleast four times a week! I hope that sort of helped :)
