Ht. 5'3", Start: 210 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - hey again. I kinda need tips on how to lose weight. what helped yall? the most i have lost once was like 5 pounds. then i quit. i get too frustrated cause i want to see results fast but ik it doesnt work that way. and i usually eat when im frustrated and stuff. and my bf doesnt help much with the frustration. i love him to death and he loves me the way i am. but he can get irritated easy and take it out on me. which frustrates me. and he wants me to lose some weight cause of some things that run in my family. or things that could happen. my mom has high blood pressure problems that im already starting to get. my grandpa has has 4 heart stints. so i really need to lose weight. but i just dont really know how. and when i try i give up cause i get frustrated that its not working

Hannah you can lose weight!! chew gum when strss out tic tacks, draw pictures.. Small healthy portion sized.. Drink 8 glass of water everyday..

Hey hannah, I had done is be a little more active exercise helps alot, drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegtables :) hope it work :)
