Ht. 5'2", Start: 182 lb, Today: 174 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - so im starting this thing called the clean eating diet only its not really a diet you dont count calories or anything u just basically dont eat processed foods and you eat 6 times a day around every three. hope this works :)

AHHHHHHH GUESS WHAT!?!?!!im now-*drumroll please* 130 pounds! i just weighed my self and im 130--i can deffinatly get to 127-if not 125 before september 11 =D wow-Im super proud of myself right now--sorry if this comes off as bragging but wow!20 pounds gone =D this is just a big accomplishment for me :)
Okay well i thought i would just let yall know =D

Sorry i havent been posting latley--ive had alot going on...
But today i realized im not going to make my goal date of Aug. 22 2012 to be 125 pounds,i only have 6 pounds left to go...i think if i try REALLY REALLY HARD i miggt be able to lose 2 more pounds before the 22nd and get to 129lbs--SO since im clearly not going to make it--i have set a new goal date :D -- September 11th--the day before my birthday--i mut be 127 pounds NO MATTER WHAT! im so proud of myself for making it this far--:)
Okay well im going to go outside and play my guitar a bit-then go forba run :D

Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 155 lb - I ate awfully today I went to a wedding and had quite a lot of sweets. I think I have put back on any weight I previously lost. I still really want to lose weight but I feel discouraged as I don't see anything coming off . On Monday im going on holiday I think I'm going to find it hard to stop gaining if anyone has any tips to tell me that would be great thanks. Need as much help as I can as I don't have the support of any of my family.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 120 lb - I am still just under 5"3 , yes, I been like what?? your kidding me??? I been in really moods I don't want to eat anything at all, with a lot of strss, I just want to be healthy, in weihgtwise!!!! its very anoying that I gain weight back every summer, I been overweight since I was 11 years old its not funny next year the world will condsder me a grown-up.. Time flew by!!! phew, I hope to be at my goal by the end of this year or very close to my goal!!!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 130 lb - I haven't been back on here in months and months...probably since February or March. When I was last on here I weighed 165, so I've lost 20 pounds since then! I only have 15 more pounds to go until my goal weight which is super exciting. I head off to college in about a week and a half and I've been going shopping for new clothes and it's so much more exciting. It's so nice to go to the store and be able to try on mediums and even small sizes and to fit into size 10/12 jeans. I'm super excited about what lies ahead of me and I can't wait to get these ast 15 lbs off! Good luck everyone! I've missed you and I love ya!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 120 lb - I'm trying to lose 40 lbs as I'm unhappy with my weight and I think losing weight will make me feel more comfortable and confident. I usually only do about 1and 1/2 hours of exercise and I want to raise it to around 5 hours per week or more I also am going to monitor what I eat an eat healthier. Has anyone got any exercise program's or tips that will help? Thanks

Ht. 5'5", Start: 171 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 160 lb - Okay, so I've decided to take control of my body and I'm kind of excited about it. Is that weird? I want to be healthier and also get in shape for fall soccer. I'm going to be running 30 minutes 5 times a week but I'd like to improve my proformance and started running everyday. Of course, I'm not going to do that right away! I'll take my time and I won't push myself too hard. I will also be counting calories as well as drinking 8 cups of water a day. I'm going to be busy for the rest of my summer, with homework, volunteering for our town's elementary school, my cousins are visiting us, and I'm babysitting. Yeah...I'm definitely busy! My school starts August 25th, and I'm hoping that through hard work, I can get between 169.5 and 166. I don't expect to lose more than 5 pounds since I'm starting kind of late in the month. What are you guys doing to lose weight and get healthier? I'd know what you're doing too!

Ht. 5'11", Start: 184.5 lb, Today: 172.5 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 172 lb - yayy i reached my first goal of 176! now i need to reach my second goal of 172, then i really hope i'll be out of the 170s! im working out and eating well, but somedays i feel wayy too lazy to work out, i hope i can keep this up! good luck to you guys!
