Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 120 lb - Just be careful with calories, soudim, fat, suagar, carbs, serving, portionz size, grece, look at the nuation meuan before ordering any food at any place.. The smaller clothing size the lower BMI the lower risks of getting health issues and shorting lifespan. The healthier they ll become! I can't for a day I am healthy when the scale says I am healthy wt doctors.. man I w'd go clothes shoping!!! makeup.. Being at 170 lbs once horrible.. No comfort eating not such a good thing, its a hard habit to break it takes a lot of fighting, effort will power.. Ht. 5'3", Start: 220 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 105 lb - I've lsot 5 pounds! Yay! But MAJOR SETBACK. I really hurt my knee, I went to the ER and it's not broken...but I have to go to the orthopedist because they think it's an ACL tear. I scored the first goal of the season (soccer/futbol) ! But I also might be out for a long time :( I can't exercise. I can't walk. I can't even weigh myself. :/

I am at 166 lbs 4 lbs then I started over a year ago, I am starting fresh like a flower!!! yes I have a mini goal 164 lbs! then 162 lbs !!! each mini goal I achive I ll reward myself with something small hair accessoriess, something like that yes once 10 lbs off I have lost around 15 lbs before when I was 15!! it was November 2010 from 170- 154 14 lbs I lost it before I can do it!!!
