Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Just be careful with calories, soudim, fat, suagar, carbs, serving, portionz size, grece, look at the nuation meuan before ordering any food at any place.. The smaller clothing size the lower BMI the lower risks of getting health issues and shorting lifespan. The healthier they ll become! I can't for a day I am healthy when the scale says I am healthy wt doctors.. man I w'd go clothes shoping!!! makeup.. Being at 170 lbs once horrible.. No comfort eating not such a good thing, its a hard habit to break it takes a lot of fighting, effort will power.. A lot of paitnces who those who suffer from it, or just starting their weightloss jounrey drink a glass of water, away from the kitchen or dinning room. There are other things to cope with strss chew sugarless gum, tic tacks, sour calories. Orbet gum has gums = 2 pieces per serving. Some of it 1 piece = per serving. 5 calories.. Just take it study at ease not big golas, small goals hope to be like 136 or 136 by December!!!! W'd be a size Juniours 7)8) or 5))6) Juniours jeans pant size.. Sitting is my weeakness its drivng me crazy yes once I reach of half my goal like 140 lbs is half of 120 or 118 lbs. Not my goal or half of it. Being 160's was fun for a while now its anoying just want to get out Juniours XL dELiA's brand!!! enough is enough.. Want to be 159 end of this mounth. Jessica17.
