Ht. 5'4", Start: 148.5 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 125 lb - Hey guys! I haven't updated in a while, but just wanted to say almost 9lbs lost and we're still counting! Having a weight loss buddy has really helped me so I relaly recommened you find one that you can talk to daily and everything.

I was too embarrassed to tell people my story. I know what you're thinking, how stupid, right? Well I have a really low self-esteem, and i constantly avoid the subject of my weight. I've been dieting and struggling with my weight for years. I finally want to put an end to the vicious cycle. I'm going to be a Junior this year and I really want to reach my goal by the beginning of Senior year. High school hasn't been that enjoyable for me because of my weight and I really want enjoy my last year. Give me some tips that help during this daunting journey to a healthier me :).

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 120 lb - Sorry I mento to say between 118-120 lbs for my ideal weight,, at least I don't wear XXL Juniours now I wear either XL or L Juniours, Faded Glory Juniours L in tank tops, long sleves in XL,, yes I w"d like to wear M or S JUniours!!!!!! yes next summer I hope to look good in a swimsuit!!!! I can't believe that I lost 2 lbs!! from 163 lbs to 161 lbs! and yes my dad's company pinic is going to have a lot of food, I ll just have to be careful!!! yes that's where I messed up last summer, yes lot of food.. I hope I can deaft the tempations to eat more then I need to.. Just one serving,, per meal,, if there fried, I ll avoid if there is just vegtables I ll eat them..

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 120 lb - You know what I used to weigh 165 lbs at my heavest, I had a hard time going up and down the stairs without running out of breth,its wasn't a good,, I had a hard time finding clothes, what woke me was my XXL Juniours I said enough already, Jessica, I used to drink orange soda in cans 2-4 cans, of it that is 160 per can, .. phew I cansoumed over 300 calroies, from drinking 2-4 ornage soda cans, no I don't drink that to much unless its diet,, but its ok to have once in a great while, I am in mid teens,,, not 16, don't know what's going on with this, I changed my age, the program hasn't changed my age for replaying to others posts, yes I watch what I eat, I avoid deep fried, breaded, foods.. My fat spills out over my jeans, creating an ugly muffin top. I have three belly roles, sitting down, standing up I look pregnant. My belly button is a straight line. My thighs have recently toned up slightly but I have a giant, flabby bum. I have cankles. My cheeks are similar to a chipmuncks, the ground creaks when I walk...I am fat.

The one that has stood out for being fatter than her friends, but finally I've decided I'm fed up. No more 'chubby pants' I've been walking a lot and toned up in the thigh area aswell as my calfs, put I keep putting on weight in the 'muffin top' or 'abdominal area'. It hangs out over any pair of bottoms and it's gross. I need rid of it ASAP!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 130 lb - I was just reading all the other peoples stories and saw that someone lost 20 pounds and had the exact same starting weight and goal weight as me! Soon enough I hope that will be me!! In the last 3 weeks I have been trying to cut down on portion sizes and have been doing alot of exercises and also have brought my fitness levels up! But instead of losing weight I seem to be more toning up and gaining muscle espically in my thighs! But during the 3 weeks when I have been out with my friends or when feeling depressed I began emotionally eating which is not the answer! Tomorrow I am going to begin with a complete fresh new slate and never give up. I am going to finish my weight loss journey and achieve the results I want! I understand what all of ye are going through but we have to stay strong!! :)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 155 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - So this is my first time on this site. I know I this is offically my 3rd day of dieting, but im committed!:) I've cut out carbs COMPLETELY.All I've been eating are veggies and meats and one portion of fruit per day. I've also been eating less, drinking water, and running a mile and walking a mile every morning. I'm hoping soon I'll be able to run that 2 miles without stopping! It's really hard cause i have 3 siblings who are all athletes and are in great shape. Even before we started doing sports I was always the bigger one who didnt get the good genes. My mom and dad also dont like to eat healthy but also have good genes and are regular weight. I really want to lose weight so that I can run faster on the base paths (I play softball)and so I feel confident. If you have any tips or comments, please go ahead! I need all the help I can get:)

Foods at fast food places. Frunch fires are 600 calories per serving and size I stoped eating them after that, I said Im done with them for good!! I don't really its worth it!! and how fating they are,, yes be careful with the soda sizes, try not to supersize your meals,, I had them last time my stomach didn't like them anymore, trust me after you get used to not having some foods your stomaches aren't gonna like it,,, small healthy portions!!! girls, yes I lsot two lbs now!! Ht. 5'3", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I feel like I've been overweight my whole life. I know that it's become a problem and I need to get it under control, but for some reason I don't believe I can do it. It sounds odd, but I can't picture myself ever being at a healthy weight. Being overweight is all I can remember, so I continue my bad eating habits in hopes of sustaining my weight. I am a social eater and I eat when I'm bored, so it seems like there is no way to avoid my food problem. I've laid out nutrition plans for myself, but its like my mind won't let me believe that I will lose weight by sticking to them. I've lost 5 or 10 pounds at a time, but always gain it all back, so I can't picture experiencing real, visible results.

I already know won't make 150 lbs by the end of this mounth I am not beating myself over it!!! my friend James suggested renctly, I do small goals instead of big ones once I reach my goal!!! I am going to dELiA's for my clothes!! yes for 2 pairs of jeans!!! and a ring!! and get my nails done, I ll get new shoess most likely, yes I am just under 5"3 , new hair accessories, a package of new hoop earings!!! hats, I ll get myself fun stuff when I reach my goal!!
