Getting weight is partly or mostly about how you can cope with stress. Have a look at youtube videos by Josie Lenore, they hit this problem and are really helpful, because they explore what is the reason why people overeat and how to deal with it. She'll show you how to eat when hungry and not for comfort. Have fun and write to Josie if you have any questions. Good luck!

I know exactly what you're going through, I'm experiencing the exact same thing. I'm not expert on healthy living but I've learned from my mistakes, and i've made a lot of them. Success doesn't come over perfection, it comes from small
efforts.I can't tell how many times I've just been so upset about my weight that I've wanted to lock myself in room and eat myself in to an early grave. I felt that way tonight especially because I binged. There worse things in world than overweight because a lot of those things are irreversible but we can still change. Exercise daily (no matter for how long), be a conscientious eater (you're body is your temple, you only have one), be positive (a smile can go a long way), and live in the present (don't miss out on opportunities because you're waiting for the time
when you'll the girl you always wanted to be). This site is full of people who will suport and you'll needa strong support system.
