Ht. 5'3", Start: 147 lb, Today: 142 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 125 lb - Good start to the morning. Played with my puppy and went on a brisk run and working out some more later after I finish Summer School homework. The only challenge I see with the weight loss thing is saying no to fast food

Ht. 5'3", Start: 147 lb, Today: 142 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 125 lb - I'm tired of having a little stomache and I wouldn't consider myself "fat" but I am slightly over weight. I want eat healthier and be in better shape before I join the Army and go to boot camp after high school. What and how often should I eat. I only eat dinner and sometimes a snack because I sleep all day and don't exercise.

so i got back today around 5:00pm and i ate dinnerthen went to the store and when we got back i fell asleep on my couch! im totally loving my bed and indoor flushing lol! So i actually feel really comfortable wearing my bikini out in public because of this trip... =D ooh speaking of bikinis we went swimming in the pool every day and at first i got sun burned then the next day it turrned into a tan, then the next day i got burned, and as of today... im redder then a tomato...well kinda hahaha! so i find myself thinking about Brenden alot... i use him as a motivation to lose weight... even if he dosent know i like him, i think he likes me a little =D
well im going to go to bed and dream now, wish me luck( and that i dont peel hahahaha)
Whatever tomorrow brings, I`ll be there...<3

Ht. 5'9", Start: 230 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 180 lb - hey everyone, i've been losing weight for about half a year and have lost 35 pounds but now i've started craving again when i come home from school. My parents are always out and my brothers are always at work so it's really easy for me to get food. So when i come home i will maybe eat 2/3 packets of crisps and some chocolate bars and in the last 2 weeks i've put 5 pounds back on...does anyone have any tips on how to not snack on things because i've been doing alright since a couple of weeks ago??

Ht. 5'4.4", Start: 182 lb, Today: 163 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 143 lb - So during the contest started at 164.5 (lowest weight during contest was 159, was about 160 the first half(: but did bad this week but it's okay so my weight today is 163pounds.

That took time!! I got there by eating healthy and small healthy porizon sized, cantrolled and excirseing!! as well, and drinking water!!! can't wait to be a size Juniours 3!!! or Juniours 3)4)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 167 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - Okay, so the competition didn't help me lose weight, but it helped me realize that I need to have a plan! Ht. 5'4", Start: 148.5 lb, Today: 144.5 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 130 lb - So, I got my wisdom teeth out Tuesday, and let me just say...not being able to eat solids is doing WONDERS for my weight. Usually by the end of the day i've "gained" like three lbs so i'm at my high weight of like 150, but the other day I weighed myself at the end of the day and I only weighed 144! Which is what I usually weigh in the morning when everything is digested. So, it's just nice to see that food doesn't have to completely consume my life and I can actually go days in a row without stuffin my face...Now, to add in the excersie :/
