BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I was just reading all the other peoples stories and saw that someone lost 20 pounds and had the exact same starting weight and goal weight as me! Soon enough I hope that will be me!! In the last 3 weeks I have been trying to cut down on portion sizes and have been doing alot of exercises and also have brought my fitness levels up! But instead of losing weight I seem to be more toning up and gaining muscle espically in my thighs! But during the 3 weeks when I have been out with my friends or when feeling depressed I began emotionally eating which is not the answer! Tomorrow I am going to begin with a complete fresh new slate and never give up. I am going to finish my weight loss journey and achieve the results I want! I understand what all of ye are going through but we have to stay strong!! :)
