Ht. 5'3", Start: 155 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - So this is my first time on this site. I know I this is offically my 3rd day of dieting, but im committed!:) I've cut out carbs COMPLETELY.All I've been eating are veggies and meats and one portion of fruit per day. I've also been eating less, drinking water, and running a mile and walking a mile every morning. I'm hoping soon I'll be able to run that 2 miles without stopping! It's really hard cause i have 3 siblings who are all athletes and are in great shape. Even before we started doing sports I was always the bigger one who didnt get the good genes. My mom and dad also dont like to eat healthy but also have good genes and are regular weight. I really want to lose weight so that I can run faster on the base paths (I play softball)and so I feel confident. If you have any tips or comments, please go ahead! I need all the help I can get:)

I would recmmand having some crabs, Jessica!!! , I tried that once, I didn't like the results,,, don't cut out crabs Jessica15, not a good idea, there are healthy crabs,,, I used to get out of breth just doing 200 meter run, for track.... Yes I am an annual track runner!!! having crabs is good, for you just be careful how much,,,, excirse very slow, you don't to go extrme, with that, drink lots of water.
