Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Looking nurations and how how the calories, fat, and servings and per serving, that's imporant!!! girls, small portions Wednsy's has healthy salds, avoid gresy, fried breaded.. Foods at fast food places. Frunch fires are 600 calories per serving and size I stoped eating them after that, I said Im done with them for good!! I don't really its worth it!! and how fating they are,, yes be careful with the soda sizes, try not to supersize your meals,, I had them last time my stomach didn't like them anymore, trust me after you get used to not having some foods your stomaches aren't gonna like it,,, small healthy portions!!! girls, yes I lsot two lbs now!! I went from 163!!! I am 161 lbs!!!!! I was like what!! oh my goodnes!! yes I am almost out of the 160's phew finally!!! I am going to this time find away to keep it off, I already fiurge that If I don't bring money with me for my coutny 4H fair,,, I won't be tempted to eat a lot of junk food!!! yes I ll do one or two slices of pizza plain or susage and musahions,, don;t give girls that are sturggling!! its takes time!! I hope to be 159 lbs next wek or so!!!! 155 lbs is my goal for September!!! .. Can't wait will make almost a size 13 Juniours!!!! yup, 118 lbs wil make a size 3)4) Juniours!!! girls!!!! Justine I miss you!!! its ok, we all have sturggle with weightloss!! no don't condser this a diet, condser a life change!! girls.. No binge eating is not going to make things better it ll make things worse.. drink a glass of water if you girls have that bingey feeling.. Its take a lot time effort and fighting..
