My weight did not nearly match my height, and i went from the most atheletic to the flabby chicl who used to be pretty. I lost about 6 pounds a week by just making out a diet every day of what i ate. every morning id make what i could eat. and i could only drink water. i only have 15 pounds left 2 achieve my goal. yay!!

Hey! I need to ask you guys something. I have just started a new exercise plan ( one I can stay on) and I was wondering if its to much to be doing. (I got a couple exercises from something someone posted.) I exercise my glutes about 4 times a week, tummy about 3-4 times a week, highs about 3-4 times a week, cavles about 3-4 times a week, and walk at LEAST 3-4 times a week. I also eat healthy, drink lots a water and don't big poritions. Do you think its to much? Should I do less? Or does it depend? Thanks for your help! Should you exercise when your sick?

hey gemma! thanks and what i basically do is just eat a lot of fruits and stuff like that. and i really have cut down on my sweets and stuff. i havent had a slice of pizza in like 3 months! anyway..try to stay away from soda or any other types of sweets and just try to drink a lot of water and stuff. but most importantly you HAVE to excersice! eating healthy is just gonna keep you from gaining weight but if you want to lose the weight that you have now then you have to excersice so i guess you can jog or just do basically any other type of excersice like that! i hope i helped good luck!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 126 lb (BMI %tile: 48), Goal: 115 lb - Hello everyone~
I am going to be at a spa in less than two months with my boyfriend to get mud baths and massages! :) Which I am looking forward to, but I dont look that appealing in a bikini anymore. No, I am not obese or anything, I just have a little extra flab. I am 126 pounds right now and want to be around 115. Last summer I was 165 and I have lost a lot since. please help me figure out a way to get this weight off!!
i have never made my dad proude of me that was always my sisters job...i havent seen my dad for 9 months because i recently moved away from him with my mum!! when i go visit him at christmas 2003/2004 he told me the best christmas present was to see me slim and heathy and i think this might b my one chance to make him proude its just im over 200lbs and cant seem to keep a diet together maybe one of u guys can help ????

okay well yesterday i put a message up saying that a girl "motivated" me well since you want to know what she said to motivate me then ill tell you guys. she called me fat and everyone says that shes bigger than me so that got me really mad and i havent talked to her since, she keeps apoligizing but im not going to forgive her. i mean me and my friends joke around all the time but when it comes to weight its not really funny so now everytime im doing situps or pushups or running and im really tired and it feels like i can do anymore, i just think of what she said and that really gets me going! well thanks for the tips if you guys have anymore then just email me at xtreme1jnh7390@hotmail.com

Today: 168 lb, Goal: 137 lb - Hi all. I weigh 168lbs. I'm not as light as i look cuz iv learnt to pull my stomach in all the time which has made it a bit firmer. I'v been going on aol:health4men and got some good work out techniques for losing flab and gaining body shape on most parts of the body. My goal weight is 137lbs (dnt ask why 137 it just is!) and I'm gonna aim for 2lbs a week. My advice to ppl is dont set your aim too high as when you dnt reach it you will be dissapointed! Set a more believable goal and when you reach that you will even amaze yourself!! THE KEY TO FITNESS IS A COMBINATION OF HEALTHY EATING AND EXERCISE! You cant just do one or the other, u need both to succeed. I recently got a girlfriend who really is my true love and she has given me the extra spur to get me to my goal. Now all you people need to do is find your spur and reach your realistic target which is possible ifd you believe in yourself. Think POSITIVE 24/7 and you will succeed!!
