Ht. 5'3", Today: 151 lb (BMI %tile: 94) - Hey! IM in 8th grade im 5'3 and i weigh 151 pounds. I hate it so much cause all of my friends are skinny bean pools and there pant sixes range from about a 1 to a 7. Please help me loose some weight by giving me great ideas!!

Start: 175 lb, Today: 130 lb - ok, i just gained 5 pounds in three days! what is wrong with me! I am eating the exactly same things I was whan I was losing weight yet getting bigger in weight! HELP!! my life is awful!!!!!! I dont wanna weigh over 130! Im at 130 now. I was 124! but now im not! Ive lost 50 pounds safely since last summer. i dont wanna gain it all back! oh no! any good diets that you can recomend. i exercize like two hours a dayHELP!

Ht. 5'9", Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 93) - I have a question. Do you HAVE to do strength training exercise to lose weight? Do I have to join a gym and do weights? Cause I lost weight before by jogging which I love doing and still do, but I hear alot about you have to do strength training. I would like to do it but later when I'm nearly at my goal weight, and all the fat is gone and I'll actually be able to see the muscles building. Does anyone have some experience with this? I am 5'9 about 195lbs.

Start: 187 lb, Today: 183 lb - hi, my name is narisa and i weigh 183lbs. I started eating healthy and doing crunches 1 1/2 weeks ago and i lost about 4 lbs but they arent noticable pounds off my body!I also drink over 100 ounces of water a day. I was just wondering, for all you people who have lost weight, when did you start seeing results and what did you do?? im beginning to think that i can never lose weight! please help!

Start: 210 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey everyone! At this current moment i weight 200 lbs. I'm trying to lose 50 more. Ever since i've become a vegeterian i've been losing a lot of wieght. I'm pretty much eating the same amout of food but its waaay better for me. Also every night i work out. I dont have any machines or anything, i just have a big room downstairs and pop in some music. I just run around a little to get my pulse going the i do sit ups and stuff. Its really easy. I recommend eating BOCA cheeseburgers!! They are veggie burgers that taste as good as mcdonalds burgers but are only 70 calories! Since my new diet and exercise i've lost 10 pounds in 1 1/2 weeks! The rate gets faster and faster too!

I hate my body...I tried to do the whole don't eat anything at all but then when I started eating again I put back on all the weight plus more. And now I just can't stop eating..and I'm getting bigger and bigger. Its getting out of control and I hate it. SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!

Ht. 5'6", Today: 152 lb (BMI %tile: 91) - I'm 5' 6" and 152 pounds. if I want to, my dad can take me to the gym 2-4 times a week to run about 20 mins. and do the bike 20 mins. How long will it take to SEE results. I'm already eating right, so don't worry about that.
