Ht. 5'9", Today: 195 lb - I have a question. Do you HAVE to do strength training exercise to lose weight? Do I have to join a gym and do weights? Cause I lost weight before by jogging which I love doing and still do, but I hear alot about you have to do strength training. I would like to do it but later when I'm nearly at my goal weight, and all the fat is gone and I'll actually be able to see the muscles building. Does anyone have some experience with this? I am 5'9 about 195lbs.
