Ht. 5'0", Today: 126 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 121 lb - Hi, I am Sarah. I am 11 yrs old & im 5'0 and way 126 pounds. I am goin on a cruze in one week and i look really bad in shorts. Can someone tell me how i can loose some wieght in 1 week, (@ least 5lbs) off my stomach and thighs?

hey! well if the cruise is in 1 week then you can lose up to 2 lbs in one week if you work really hard! dont starve yourself and just try to excerise as much as you can instead of sitting in front of the tv or somputer all day long. remember when your trying to lose weight you need to eat healthy and also if you lose more than 2 lbs in one week than thats not healthy!! good luck!!

Hi Sarah! I've been on a diet for 6 days now and have lost 7 lbs., and here's some helpful stuff:
-drink water. lots. if you're hungry, drink water or diet soda or something and see if you still need food, then eat. it fills you up.
-eat a little fish or white meat eat day (if ur not vegetarian!) it helps u lose weight.
-don't drink soda or juice. eat your cals, dont drink em.
- exercise
-a good meal would be: -fruit -sandwich (turkey, lettuce, cheese) and -a cup of veggie soup
- try to split the cals you eat into equal groups thruout the day: 3 (or however many) meals and an extra group for snacks
