Ht. 5'4", Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - hi i'm new but i just wanted to say that i'm overweight i am 13 5"4 and weigh 175 i feel really fat and i'm trying dieting and other things i want to get into acting when i get older amd i really dont want to be turned down because i'm overweight do any of u have any advice? plzzz

Ht. 5'3", Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 127 lb - hi guys! im 15 years old and i am 5'3 and weigh about 157 lbs!! as you can see my height and weight arent proportional!! its cold in the winter so i cant run outside...and i dont like workout tapes cuz i get annoyed and confused with all the different moves and stuff!!! i really really really want to loose 30 lbs by the summer!! i notice alot of you are drinking alot of water!! im going to try that cuz i drink alot of milk and soda!! please if u have any suggestions email me at xilauraix@yahoo.com

Ht. 5'6", Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 120 lb - hey ive noticed that people that are in running sports such as cross-country, are in really good shape. im thinking about starting to run. im 5'6 155 pounds and i want to loose like 35 pounds. has anyone here started running and got results if so what were your results and how long did u run, what was your plan......thanks to anyone who can help, i really need it!!

Start: 180 lb, Today: 170 lb - Hey this is kinda of a success story. I just got off of the bad habit of being an over-eater. I used be this thing called a gainer. It was kinda wierd, but I loved food sooo much, that I decided to gain wieght on purpose. I know it sounds wierd, but I was just really confused. I gained alot of weight. My pant buttons used to pop off all of the time, but I just kept on eating. I would drink soda by the Liters. I would drink 2 or 3 cans of soda in about a minute! I was unstoppable! I was about 180 pounds. I totally turned my life around about a week ago. I stopped drinking soda(if I go out to eat, I get a small or medium soda, but no refills), and I only eat when I am hungry(only about 2 times a day). When I was a gainer I was encouraged to eat, so that habit was kinda hard to brake. Like today I walked by a GIANT cake, and the "old" me would of cut a pice and grabbed it with... (view more)

HEY guys i have the bast work out its so simple! JUMPROPEING! no joke its the best work out and its cheap and fun!! jump rope everyday start out with 5min and gradually work your way up to 15 its areboic and works EVERY muscle in yourbody! if you do this for 3 weeks i swear you will see a difference!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 172 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - well i wiegh about 168 pounds and i NEED to lose wieght about 40 pounds i want to end up around 125 in average.I am also 5'4, I am doing leg lifts crunches curl ups, wieght lifting and push ups to do the trick i was 172 so i lost about 4 lbs since about a week ago. okay i havent reached my goal yet but i would like to reach it by september and if any of you have any info on some ways or tricks TELL me please.I also wanted to know about dietary supplements will they help me i am 14.

ok im not large im normal but i have a BIG PROBLEM!! pleassseee help me when i look in the mirror i cry... i have large stretch marks. on my thighs hips but and breasts,.. i have a nice body and use to show it off ALL the time w/ short shors and such but now i cant i have been so depresed,and am losing more weight thinking that maby that will help but its not i NEED somthing to help my red stretch marks PLEASE!!! hi everyone. i was wondering if any of u feel the same way as i do. i'm fat and disgusted by what i see in the mirror everyday. i try to go on diet but i just can't stick with it. i also blame weight and ugliness on not EVER having a boyfriend in my entire life. and i'm already 16. i've NEVER even gone on a single date before. if any of u r going through the same thing or have any advice please reply. thank u very much

To Jessica: For breakfast: i packet of flavored- ussually peach(yummie). Lunch: regular school lunch- ex: hotdog, veggie- fries,or corn - fruitcup & milk 1%, Dinner: whatever mom makes small porportions. I do Gym at school everyday, and I'm starting volleyball training. i do occationally eat sweets,I lost most of the weight during the summer - 20lbs. - Hope this helps! chiao, ttyl!

I need help! I lose weight before but i regained it, and now im trying to lose it again but I'm finding it so hard! I just cant stick to any diet for more than 1 day. I am so confused as to what is the right way to lose weight! And advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

Ht. 5'9", Today: 193 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 160 lb - from my other post: im 5'9 193 pounds i want to be at least 160. I cant stay on a diet! Do you think its to hard to try to lose 2 lb a week?
