Start: 178 lb, Today: 152 lb - I haven't posted here in quite a while, that's because the sports I've been doing has taken up most of my time. I'm happy to report I was 178 in June, I'm 152 now. I've dropped 26 pounds and I'm in the best shape in a while. The thing is, you don't really really have to eat healthy. I ate all the garbage I wanted. The thing is, you can eat whatever you want just as long as you burn it off. So that goes to everyone here, it is possible to eat whatever you want and still lose weight
