did you know that if you walk a distance and run a distance it burns the same amount of calories? this is because although you work harder with running it takes a shorter time. If you enjoy running then go for it. Make sure you get some proper running shoes and do streches before and after. Start with 5 mins or whatever you can handle then build up. If you enjoy it do it but I suggest that you do an exercise you like. If you dont enjoy it you wont stick to it. I hate running but love walking and ive been doing it almost every day for the last 2-3 years. a good tip is you could take a walkman/sports radio or your dog with you, I do that cause then pple dont give you this look like "oh shes trying to lose weight" its "shes walking her dog" sounds stupid but i feel people do put a label on you when you diet and exercise. Good luck!!

If you get tired of running, try crunch pilates. After doing it 4 times, I flexed my stomach and there was a difference. They say in 10 days will make you feel better, in 20 days you'll look different, and in 30 days you'll have a totally different body. I think it's gonna work!
