Today: 180 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Weigh 180 right now. Want to get down to 140. Please help! Want to impress someone special. Thanks for any excercise tips or dieting tips.

well i think that its sweet that you want to impress her. okay, if you want to lose weight you have to drink lots and lots of water and dont skip any meals and try to lose weight by starving yourself. and if you get hungary then drink water or chew gum or something. and you have to excersice, jogging is really good and any other excersice well i hope i helped! good luck!

3 main things u have to do to lose weight 1) eat healthy 2)drink lots of water 3)exercise. if u follow these, u will lose weight for sure!! good luck!

Hey Tod, you shouldnt lose weight because you want to impress someone special, you should do it for yourself! I mean its good that you want to impress her, but she should be impressed with you just the way you are! If she's already impressed then it doesnt hurt to impress more i guess hehe , but make sure that ur doing it for the right reasonS! If she didnt like you before you lost weight and she ends up liking you afterwards, why would you want someone so superficial anyways?? It's just a thought...
