Hey! I need to ask you guys something. I have just started a new exercise plan ( one I can stay on) and I was wondering if its to much to be doing. (I got a couple exercises from something someone posted.) I exercise my glutes about 4 times a week, tummy about 3-4 times a week, highs about 3-4 times a week, cavles about 3-4 times a week, and walk at LEAST 3-4 times a week. I also eat healthy, drink lots a water and don't big poritions. Do you think its to much? Should I do less? Or does it depend? Thanks for your help! Should you exercise when your sick?

If you are able to do it, then thats a wonderful plan! You really shoulndt excersize when your sick, but if you really have the urge, go for a RELAXING walk. No hard core action!

hi Melanie. i think ur exercise plan is good. u should never exercise when ur sick. it will make u even sicker.

Hey girl I think you should exercise as much as you can handle.I don't exercise when I am sick. See I am 14, and need to lose between 10-15 pounds. I exercise 6-7 days a week, drink 6-8 glasses of water, plus walk a 1/2 hour each day, so I think you're doing fine.
