hey gemma! thanks and what i basically do is just eat a lot of fruits and stuff like that. and i really have cut down on my sweets and stuff. i havent had a slice of pizza in like 3 months! anyway..try to stay away from soda or any other types of sweets and just try to drink a lot of water and stuff. but most importantly you HAVE to excersice! eating healthy is just gonna keep you from gaining weight but if you want to lose the weight that you have now then you have to excersice so i guess you can jog or just do basically any other type of excersice like that! i hope i helped good luck!
