I went shopping today at American Eagle (my favorite store) and I was so happy because I can finally fit into a size 8 perfectly! So I was all happy and then I saw these two teeny tiny girls walk in and flip through the size 2s. I know I shouldn't compare myself to others, but it just makes me feel so bad! That really made me try to stick on my diet today, and I did. So I guess it was kind of a good thing that they walked in, but very aggravating. My goal size is a 4 and I know I'm gonna make it. So, I just wanted to share my little story, lol. Good luck to everyone and remember to never give up and just keep your goal in mind.

WELL, TODAY I STARTED MY DIET. FOR BREAKFEAST I ATE ONE PIECE OF CAKE WITH A HALF OF CUP OF 1% MILK. FOR LUNCH I HAD A BAKED POTATO W/ CHEESE AND SOURCREAM. THEN FOR DINNER I HAD 1 HANBURGER THAT I MADE ON THE GEORGE FORMER GRILL, WITH 5 BAKED FRENCH FRIES.ALL BEFORE SEVEN O'CLOCK THEN LATER ON I TURNED THE T.V. ON A TAE-BOED. MY DIET CONSIST OF A GOOD BREAKFEAST, SMALL LUNCH, SINCIBLE DINNER AND LOTS OF WATER.I ALSO DECIDED TO QUIT DRINKING LOTS OF SODA POP, INSTEAD OF DRINKING 2 OR 3 DRINKS OF SODA POP, I DRINK ONE CAN, WHICH IS W/MY DINNER, AND FOR THE REST OF THE DAY WATER. I AM REALLY EXCITED ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT, I CAN'T WAIT TILL THIS SUMMER WHERE I CAN WHERE A TWO-PEICE BATHING SUIT AND NEXT YEAR WHEN I AM A JOUNIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL, I AM GOING TO LOOK SO CUTE IN MY PROM DRESS W/ MY CUTE BOYFRIEND(WHICH I DON'T HAVE RIGHT NOW!)

Ht. 5'6", Today: 175 lb - Hey people. i am just wondering, i know there is no definite answer it all varies but plase guess you know so i can get a basic idea...
If i alterante between pilates (20 minutes) and tae-bo(40 minutes) daily, do the bun and thigh max (5 minutes) everyday and lift weights for my arms every night...How much can i loose in one month? So i can have a realistic wieght loss goal...Oh and I 5"6 and 175 pounds

alrighty thanks anne for clearing that up! yeah im a vegetarian, so i can eat eggs strawberry, vegans dont eat eggs. anyone know why i started? it all started on a sunday afternoon i was at my computer searching sites when all of a sudden this pop up came and said DO YOU KNOW HOW CHICKEN NUGGETS ARE MADE and i ckicked on it. I saw the most horrible pictures. so basically it was my emotion that made me vegetarian.i guess thaats what keeping me vegetarian. BUT FOR EVERYONE WHO IS THINKING OF BECOMING A VEGETARIAN GET THIS- you are going to have to answer a lot of questions. PLus there are ignorant people who say stuff like this, "hey you do eat meat because it was living, but isn't eating plants killing them to?" you just have to deal with it. for answer from some of these annoying ignorant questions go to vegetarianteens.com

Hey everyone. I think i have a new weigh to keep myself focused on losing weight. my parents have both agreed that I can go on a foreign exchange trip to Japan for my junior year of highschool. I wanna be fit and look really good so I can make a good impression on the people and so that i will be more comfortable around them. As long as i keep it in mind i think i cna keep to a good plan.

Here's a couple recipes for people on low carb diets.*Cheesy Fajita MeatballsYou will need 2 lbs - Lean Ground Beaf2 - Large Eggs1 Tsp - Crushed Garlic1 Cup - Colby Jack CheeseMix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and make into about 15 meatballs. Place on a broiler rack (the kind that comes with your oven) so that the meatballs don't sit in grease. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutesThey may take longer to cook depending on your oven. Calories - 119 per meatball5 grams of fat1.5 grams of fatCheesy Porkrinds*You will need - Porkrinds Shredded Cheddar CheesePut pork rinds on microwabable plate. Sprinkle cheese on top. Microwave about 35 seconds or until cheese melts. Wonderful snakc and you won't feel deprived1 gram of carbsI'll post new recipes everyday!

hey everyone! i jus started a new diet yesterday an have been eating really well an stickin too it an tomorrow i start my exercise. 3 times a week im gonna do the firm then 3 days a week im gonna do taebo. im switchin off cause i heard its really effective to have both weight training(which the firm has)with cardio(which taebo has). my eatin habits have changed a lot! i am drinking ALOT more water an pretty much no juice or soda. except today when i went to the movies i had a drink of soda. lol sounds kinda pathetic but my friend told me that she knew i wouldnt be able to stick to a diet so im doin it not only to make myself feel better but also to prove her wrong. competition is sumthin i like an i wanna win so im gonna try my best. another thing that ive learned from past dieting failure experiences is that u cant completely deprive urself of all sweets an things like that. like if u...
