Hey people...I have this problem....You see there are these two girls i used to be SUCH BEST BEST BEST friends with...then one of themlost weight who whas heavy before, the other one was always very skinny, and they started acting SOOO MEAN!!!! not only mean, but b*tchy, and very ditzy and it makes me sick because they used to be such great, intellegent girls....anywyas, we stopped being friends in February and weve had our rivalries since...there is no way im being friends with them again but even thoughthis is soo pathetic (i thinik?!) they are my main motiivation to loose weight. Whenever i starta diet or do activities that are exceriseing i think, yay, i can loose wieght and they iwll have nothing to look down to me about, becasue ill be so pretty and theyll hold nothing gaainst me...i know its sad but its true. but dont think its that bad, because since im a dancer i want to loose the weight to be healthier...alot healthier , but yeah also because of that. anywyas...help me!!is that normal???ALSO if i dance 5 hours a week, do the eliptical trainer 10 minutes a day, do situps everyday, and eat fairly healthily how much weight can i loose in a month healthily??

well- whatever your motivation is keep it close and don't give up till you're there. i think that 10 pounds a month would be good though you might lose a little more the first month because that usually happens during the first month of dieting. be strict with yourself untill you have it under control. oh and don't let those girls eat you up inside- if it consumes you it's better to just let it go- i've felt the way you feel right now and i can sympathize with you but just rise up and ignore them...

Are you just losing this weight just to spite them? If that's so, it should be for yourself. No need to reply, just think about that.
