WELL, TODAY I STARTED MY DIET. FOR BREAKFEAST I ATE ONE PIECE OF CAKE WITH A HALF OF CUP OF 1% MILK. FOR LUNCH I HAD A BAKED POTATO W/ CHEESE AND SOURCREAM. THEN FOR DINNER I HAD 1 HANBURGER THAT I MADE ON THE GEORGE FORMER GRILL, WITH 5 BAKED FRENCH FRIES.ALL BEFORE SEVEN O'CLOCK THEN LATER ON I TURNED THE T.V. ON A TAE-BOED. MY DIET CONSIST OF A GOOD BREAKFEAST, SMALL LUNCH, SINCIBLE DINNER AND LOTS OF WATER.I ALSO DECIDED TO QUIT DRINKING LOTS OF SODA POP, INSTEAD OF DRINKING 2 OR 3 DRINKS OF SODA POP, I DRINK ONE CAN, WHICH IS W/MY DINNER, AND FOR THE REST OF THE DAY WATER. I AM REALLY EXCITED ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT, I CAN'T WAIT TILL THIS SUMMER WHERE I CAN WHERE A TWO-PEICE BATHING SUIT AND NEXT YEAR WHEN I AM A JOUNIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL, I AM GOING TO LOOK SO CUTE IN MY PROM DRESS W/ MY CUTE BOYFRIEND(WHICH I DON'T HAVE RIGHT NOW!)

Good job! But I have one suggestion, try a healthier breakfast. Cake is very sugary and bad for you, so try something like oatmeal or eggs or something like that. It will make you feel full for longer and you'll lose weight faster. But good job and hang in there! =D
