Ht. 5'2", Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - HeY wassup, well i am 5'2 and weigh 160lbs. i am relly tryin to lose weight in 5 months cuz i am seeing my relatives and i am meeting this guy. i really want to lose at least 30lbs by then (and dont worry, i am not just losin weight for the guy, but for me). well i do yoga for 30min. everyday, and i play ddr as much as i can, and i do the treadmill for at least 30min. a day. so does n e 1 kno about how much i can lose by may? i am kinda curious. thnx. how much you can lose - there isn't a standard weight loss. it's different for everyone. Also i feel that it's best that you don't have a deadline. If you look at each day as it's own it might be easier instead of thinking "i have ( _ ) many days until my deadline." because then you can get really stressed. Hope this helps!

stick to it! oyu can definatly lose that much in 5 months- more if you really want to. stick to the exersize routine that you have now but add a stricter diet- not too strict, just make tinier- healthier choices and good luck!
