hey...im havin a lotta trouble dealin with the stress of tryin to lose weight..i wanna lose at least 15 by sept. 2nd but i have trouble keeping up to date on things...like i try it one day and tell myself to keep goin but the next day i cant do it... its like i cant find a way to push myself and it sucks badly....and it stresses me out...which practically results in me being pretty moody and cryin alot....i dont think i like myself...and i kno if i was skinnier i would...but im not...i dont know what to do....

Hey guys! Down another pound! It took me 2 weeks...well, technically 10 days of cheating and 4 days of dieting! Hehe I'm so baad. Signing in everyday to record what I ate really helps me! So now I'm 114lbs...hoping I'll be 107lbs by next month! ~~MissyK~~

I'm feeling really bad lately... cuz I’ve been cheating or it feels like cheating I’ve been having special k or an apple for breakfast and a salad or chips (low fat) and salsa for lunch. Then whatever for dinner but in small amounts (usually pasta or shake & bake stuff) and then for a snack I’d just go nuts and eat like 3 chewy bars the kind w/ chocolate soooo good! I keep telling my self it's better than a chocolate bar and that's true but I don’t think I need to eat 3 of them! I think one would work but I always end up eating 2 or 3. Can anybody help me out? i'm 5'4 and i weigh 186. I am a mess i don't like to go to the mall, to resturants, even the gym!!! because i am so ashamed of my weight. i want to loose weight but when i try to i get all motivated then i just stop. the whole reason i started gaining weight is because, when i was 9 i thought i was overweight(and when i look at pictures now i know i really wasn't)and i just started to eat. i really don't want to go back to school, i am so ashamed. and i want to stop crying every night. but reading all of your postings gives me motivation because it makes me think a teen can loose weight. i just want to say thanks.

This morning I ate 4 pieces of french toast w/ butter, syrup, powder sugar and a glass of 2% milk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And here in an hour I am going over to babysit my cousins and there house NEVER has any food for someone who is trying to lose weight!!!! What should I do? I don't think I will be hungry for a while, so maybe I can wait until 6 to eat again and by then, I will be home so I can eat some healthy food, maybe, we don't have any either right now, I will make my mom go and get me some! Does anybody have any idea of what I should do? I really DID want to lose 15 pounds b4 aug 30th but now I don't think I can make it, expecially if I don't start eating healthy! Help me! Please!!!! THANKS!!!

I have been reading a lot of posts. Almost everyone talks about how they want to be skinny and lose weight. I mean the first step is saying that we want to lose weight. The second step should be to figure how bad we want it. Cause if you want something so bad you can get it, you just have to work hard just like anything that you want. Example, say you want to buy a car really bad, what do you do, you work really hard to earn that money to buy a car. Well its the same thing with losing weight, you have to work really hard to earn a healthy, thin body. No quick diet is going to fix that. Just like there is no quick way to get money, legally that is. LoL. So everyone stay with your healthy eating and exercise, and have will power to stay away from eating high calorie foods. Hey I feel really motivated and I think I can loose this weight I just eat in moderation and today i went on a bike ride alll ready and i have basketball later today i already lost 4 pounds and want to loose more well I can do it WOOOOSH go me!!!
