this is the 4th day of my diet. Thing is im very hungry and my parents are going out to dinner and said i must come along. The restuartent we are going to has nothing good that ive tried (ive tried salads and all),t he only thing that tastes halfway decent is their hambrugers....what should i do? I acutlly want to eat this junk but i know ill feel quilty afterwords

Hey Guys This Is Quoted From A Site I Went To: The key here is NOT necessarily eating significantly less food overall, but changing when you eat that food. Instead of having a big dinner and letting it turn into fat, eat a big breakfast and then you can burn off the energy during the day. Same goes for lunch, don't skip it, have something to eat. For dinner, unless you plan on being very physically active in the evening, eat less only *IF* you have eaten more during the day. You can also eat healthier food instead of junk food. I had a little hamburger helper and a pizza like taco things and 2% milk and lemonade for lunch! That is not too bad. I am not going to eat until 6, so it is ok. Plus there is half a yellow cake w/ chocolate icing in the kitchen, but I am making myself stay away from it!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got up this morning looking for something to wear, and i was able to fit into my favortie pair of jeans that i got too big for almost a year ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am ssooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!! that would mean that i lost 2 dress sizes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try the "6 month rule" Before you decide to eat something...ask yourself "How will I feel about this cake in 6 months" chances are you will be asking yourself, why didn't I not eat that cake. Same goes for exercise before you DECIDE not to exercise ask yourself how you are going to feel about not exercising when you could six months from now!!!

hey ya'll, guess what! i lost 12 lbs in the past six weeks! yay! i have to lose 70 more by next july, and that will be my goal! even though ive lost 12, i would still like as many tips as possible. how do all of you do it? please give me ideas to help me lose 70 lbs in a year....any diets or explained exercises that i can do, let me know!!!!! thanks to all of you who have helped me on this depressing journey! i am really happy for the support!

ok, i now have officially 3 days untill i leave for camp...i am waiting to buy my bathing suit untill the very last moment...i am trying the tree day diet, except i will alter it a little (still keeping, or going under the calories) and plus i will not eat ice cream , and exercise like 3 hours a day...on the 3 day diet i should lose 10 pounds but i am prepared not to expect that...what do u think?
