this is the 4th day of my diet. Thing is im very hungry and my parents are going out to dinner and said i must come along. The restuartent we are going to has nothing good that ive tried (ive tried salads and all),t he only thing that tastes halfway decent is their hambrugers....what should i do? I acutlly want to eat this junk but i know ill feel quilty afterwords

Stay away from things that say are: creamy sauces, fried, and other things like that. Maybe look for something like grilled chicken, smoked salmon, vegetables, and fruit bowls. Before meal, drink lots of water, they should come around and refill it. It will keep you from eating too much. Restauraunts usually have 3 servings in one dish. Try eating half! I am on the 5th day of my diet. Good luck!!

Order water instead of soda. Or sugar free tea.
Also, try chicken or something. If it isn't fried it is very good for you!
Perhapes they have sea food, or wraps that you've never seen.
Sometimes resturants have sections of the menue for people watching weight, and it is all good (usually).
If all else fails, get a burger with no fries. If you are truly hungry eat the whole thing. If not, take half home.
