Okay for once I have actually stuck with a diet, and i'm proud of myself :). On Monday of last week I weighed 140, and now I weighed myself today and it was 134. Usually I go off my diet within the first day or two. But anyways, what I wanted to tell all of you is that starving yourself does NOT work, believe me I have tried. You just get really hungry again and eat more....you gain all the weight back plus some. Also if you go on fad diets you may loose weight but remember a lot of that is water weight! So if you really do want to loose weight you might as well do it the right way and keep the weight off for good instead of just gaining it back and having to work at loosing weight all over again!
