hey you guys I need some really good diet advice. PLEASE ! I try to be good on my diet but it is so hard ! And lately I have been turning to Bulimia I know it is unhealthy but I have lost weight but I want to lose it the healthy way so I don't get sick and have to be institutionalized! Please someone answer this and give me advice on how to lose weight healthy!

well this is what i have been doing for the past 3 days and it is really helping i am not eatin anything during the day except like a bananna and a nutri grain bar which isnt much and then i eat a decent dinner and i have lost 2 pounds in 3 days and i even had ice cream last night but wont happen tonight!...well im going to keep trying this cause i am getting used to not eating during the day and i think that is good so i have time to burn off some stored fat

OMG you guys..I weighed in at 145 this morning..that's two pounds gone..and 32 more to go. My school goal is 134, so I've got 11 pounds til I reach that, and I know I can do it, cause I'm totally motivated!!!!! My plan basically is less to no junk, lots and lots of water, and moderate exercise, in the form of swimming, yoga, and walking for me! I want to thank everyone who's supported me through this whole thing, but especially Clifford and Chelsea, because without them I don't think I would have made it to where I am now. That's my update for now, I'll see ya all layta! Peace!!

Kaitlyn...Maurice's sells size 18 in pants, and XL in shirts...It is kinda of expensive, but the clothes last all year.

IF ANY ONE WANTS A DIET THAT WORKS BUT IS VERY HARD REPLY(THE DEAL WITH THIS DIET IS THAT YOU HAVE TO STICK TO IT YOU CAN LOSE UP TOO 17LBS DEPENDS ON HOW BIG YOU ARE AND HOW ACTIVE.YOU ALSO HAVE TOO BE VERY COMMITTED. ITRIED IT AND LOSS 5 LBS ON THE FIRST TRY. BUT I DIDNT WANT TO TRY AGIAND BECAUSE IT IS TOO RESTRICTED

Okay for once I have actually stuck with a diet, and i'm proud of myself :). On Monday of last week I weighed 140, and now I weighed myself today and it was 134. Usually I go off my diet within the first day or two. But anyways, what I wanted to tell all of you is that starving yourself does NOT work, believe me I have tried. You just get really hungry again and eat more....you gain all the weight back plus some. Also if you go on fad diets you may loose weight but remember a lot of that is water weight! So if you really do want to loose weight you might as well do it the right way and keep the weight off for good instead of just gaining it back and having to work at loosing weight all over again!

Does anybody live in Alabama? I just wanted to know b/c I want to go to college there! I did really bad for dinner, but I went to the gym and I am going back to the gym at 5 in the morning! and I am going swimming tomorrow! Talk to ya'lls l8ters!
