i have decided that i am only gona drink water and eat very very little during the day. and for dinner i will eat what i usally would, but i am gona cut the amount in half. plus i am gona work out by riding my bike, swimming, crunches, and so on..i hope i see progress

try fat free cream chze if u dont like penut butter. or jelly, hmm i dunnno if jelly is healthy or not...check the food label.

think of food as sustanance and not as pleasure. you may have to eat some things you dont like

that is one of my biggest problems, i am a very picky eater. and i dont like peatunt butter, or salads , i grew up on all junk and greasy foods and it is hard to change my habbits

oh yeah, and if you get smuckers natural peanut better it is even better for you because it doesnt have partially hydrogenated soybean oil in it. partially hydrogenated oils should be avoided.

eat something in the mornings too to keep your metabolism up. try toast with peanut butter, itll fill you up.
