OMG you guys..I weighed in at 145 this morning..that's two pounds gone..and 32 more to go. My school goal is 134, so I've got 11 pounds til I reach that, and I know I can do it, cause I'm totally motivated!!!!! My plan basically is less to no junk, lots and lots of water, and moderate exercise, in the form of swimming, yoga, and walking for me! I want to thank everyone who's supported me through this whole thing, but especially Clifford and Chelsea, because without them I don't think I would have made it to where I am now. That's my update for now, I'll see ya all layta! Peace!!
