hey guys! i gave up on the "liquid fasting diet"! lol u have to have a lot of motivation..maybe i'll try it again once i get my eating habits straight! lol but today i started the 7 day diet which seems easy and healthy too but i only have had a bowl of grapes so far and i'm not really that hungry! but we'll have to see how this one goes i'm not giving up on this one!! but i'm doing Mary's exercises 300 sit ups and 20 minute walking! so i'm gunna split them up into 75's! so i'll keep everyone updated on how well these ideas people are giving me!! i hope they work!! keep up the good work everyone!! -Ashley!

Hey ijust went to KOHL"S DEPARTMENT STORE today and i'm so depressed!!! i have to wear 3 - 4 sizes bigger than what i did last summer!! Ahhh i tried the south beach diet and i lost liek 5 lbs but now the needle just stays and for some reason it feels like just want to eat more because i feel ilke no diets are working anymore!! Anyone knwo anyway i can lost a good 10-20 lbs by the end of next month?

Hi! I am 17 and about to go into my senior year of high school. The problem is that I weigh 175 (though I don't look that heavy because I have heavy bones, but I still look overweight) right now. School starts the 30 of August and I would really like to weigh between 130-140 by that time. Do you think that it's possible to get to that weight in a month and a half and does anyone have any excercise of eating habits and ideas that might help me accomplish this? If so, please post! I'm sorry if this has been asked too many times, I just want a definate answer. For those who have had success losing weight, can you share details about how you have done it? I need to lose as much weight as possible before August 6th.....or August 31st. So can someone please give DETAILS and be SPECIFIC on how they have lost the weight? Maybe this will answer other peoples questions and it wont have to be asked again

Hi evryone! This is my forst time here and you know all those hype diets that say you don't have to exercise you can just sit around? Well guess what they dont work! For my birthday, instead of a bunch of clothes, I asked fir a Fitness Studio membership. When I started out two weeks ago, I weighed 263 lbs. Just after two weeks, and a little portion control, I now weigh 251 lbs. and man did I work my butt off (literally). I was sick of being overweight or rather 'morbidly obese' so I am changing and with a lot of work you can too!

and also its 7-11 and i just remembered that the 3 year anniversary (or w/e ppl call it)of Sept. 11th is coming up in only 2 months! ita really sad that its almost 3 years! i knew like Amy Sweeney (the flight attendant who reported all the terrorists on flight 11 or something- she lived in my neighborhood and my mom and me knew her personally!) and a few other ppl almost got into things too. its so sad *tear* that was a hard time. sry that this is off topic but its something close to my heart and the boards were sorta bare so i decided to add my two cents. ~Annie

Hey everyone, This is my third day on my diet and I have been losing a pound everyday! I was orginally 132 and I am now 129! Woo Hoo! BREAKFEST:Medium bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats almost went for seconds but stopped myself LUNCH: Tortilla chips (NOT GOOD) but later on worked out really hard for 30 minutes rollerblading around DINNER : LAMB STEAK THINGY DESSERT : 2 pieces of Toblerone I did not eat fantastic today but worked out really hard and about to go swimming! HEIGHT : 5'3 CURRENT WEIGHT : 129

Guess what everyone, I lost 6 pounds, I was 170, now I am 164. Today I have eaten: Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal w/skim milk. Snack: Banana Lunch: Big salad w/fat free dressing. For dinner i am going to have a lean cusine pizza. I am so proud of myself. For exercise I walked for an hour and 30 minutes. I have to have no cheat days for 2 weeks. Because in two weeks I am going on vacation and get a hotel, so there will be a pool. I want to look ok in my swimsuit. I am so excited!! I hope everyone is doing good!

im 5'5 and about 180 lbs. I have a double chin and a huge stomach. I really don't want to not go to camp this year becasue im fat but i don't want to see the love of my life looking like this. I don't know what to do. I have 22 days till camp....help!
