Hi! I am 17 and about to go into my senior year of high school. The problem is that I weigh 175 (though I don't look that heavy because I have heavy bones, but I still look overweight) right now. School starts the 30 of August and I would really like to weigh between 130-140 by that time. Do you think that it's possible to get to that weight in a month and a half and does anyone have any excercise of eating habits and ideas that might help me accomplish this? If so, please post! Thanks :)

I honestly know that You won't be able to get to your goal weight becuase thats just to much to lose in 1 1/2 months. What you need to do is take a look in the mirror..and you should see how beautiful you are. you can probably lose 10-12 pounds by school..and then you could lose the rest threwout the school year. I know for sure you can lose the weight but not in a month and something. trust me. I feel for you though cuz I wish I could go to school with a perfect figure but I know that won't happen. Think positive and stay motivated..never lose your dreams. Good luck we're all here for you. Chels

You could start my excersizing but remember, don't bite off more than you can chew. Take it as you can... don't over exert yourself. Try eating healthy... You can have any vegetable, fruit, meat, as long as it isn't fried or breaded. Don't eat and starchy foods, such as french fries, tator tots, etc... No yeast, such as, bread, biskets, cake, etc... Make sure you eat breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day. But try avoiding big amounts, and don't eat the yolk, you can have egg whites. And if you're addicted to salt. Try using seasoning salt. It pretty much has nothing in it. And if you follow through w/ this. You should accomplish your goal in no time!!!
